Program Overview
InvisaGig Technologies offers a trade-in program exclusively for customers who own the InvisaGig v1.0 hardware product and wish to upgrade to the InvisaGig v1.2. This program allows eligible customers to receive credit toward the purchase of a new InvisaGig v1.2 based on the condition and completeness of their traded-in device.
Eligibility Requirements
Accepted Products
- Only InvisaGig v1.0 hardware units are accepted for trade-in
- Trade-in credit applies exclusively toward the purchase of an InvisaGig v1.2
- Units must be complete with original accessories (power adapter, cables, documentation, etc.)
Condition Requirements
- Functional units only - Non-functioning InvisaGig v1.0 units are not accepted
- Device must power on and operate as designed
- All original firmware and software must be intact
- Device must not show evidence of unauthorized modifications or tampering
Trade-In Process
Step 1: Initiate Trade-In
- Contact InvisaGig Technologies to request trade-in evaluation
- Provide device serial number and description of condition
- Receive preliminary trade-in estimate and shipping instructions

Step 2: Ship Your Device
Ship your InvisaGig v1.0 to:

Important Shipping Requirements:
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to InvisaGig Technologies
- Package device securely to prevent damage during transit
- Include all original accessories and components
- Use trackable shipping method with insurance
- Include printed copy of trade-in request confirmation
Step 3: Evaluation Process
Upon receipt, InvisaGig Technologies will conduct a comprehensive evaluation including:
Visual Inspection:
- External condition assessment
- Check for physical damage, wear, or cosmetic issues
- Verification of original components and accessories
Functional Testing:
- Complete operational testing of all device functions
- Network connectivity and performance verification
- Internal component inspection for damage or misuse
Accessory Inventory:
- Verification of all included original accessories
- Assessment of accessory condition
Trade-In Values
Trade-in values are determined based on:
- Device Condition: Excellent, Good, Fair condition ratings
- Completeness: Presence and condition of all original accessories
- Functionality: Full operational capability required
Final trade-in value will be communicated within 5-7 business days of receipt and evaluation.
Credit Application
Before Purchase (Discount Coupon)
- If trade-in is processed before InvisaGig v1.2 purchase, you will receive a unique discount coupon code
- Coupon is valid for one year from date of issuance
- Coupon applies only to InvisaGig v1.2 purchases
- Coupon is non-transferable and has no cash value
After Purchase (Refund)
- If you have already purchased your InvisaGig v1.2, trade-in credit will be issued as a refund
- Refund will be processed to original payment method within 10-15 business days
- Refund amount equals the final approved trade-in value
Quality Standards and Return Policy
Items That Do Not Meet Criteria
Devices that fail to meet our trade-in criteria will be:
- Returned to sender at customer's expense
- Accompanied by detailed explanation of issues found
- Customer will have 30 days to retrieve returned items
Reasons for Rejection
- Non-functional hardware
- Missing critical components or accessories
- Evidence of liquid damage, physical abuse, or unauthorized modification
- Firmware corruption or unauthorized software installation
- Device does not match described condition
Legal Disclosures and Warranties
FCC Compliance
All InvisaGig products are FCC authorized telecommunications equipment. Trade-in devices must maintain original FCC authorization and labeling. Devices with removed or altered FCC ID labels may be rejected.
Warranty Disclaimer for Trade-In Devices
TRADE-IN DEVICES ARE ACCEPTED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. InvisaGig Technologies makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding trade-in devices, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Data Security and Privacy
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY: You are solely responsible for backing up and removing all personal data, configurations, and information from your trade-in device before shipping. InvisaGig Technologies will perform a factory reset on all received devices but cannot guarantee complete data removal. InvisaGig Technologies is not responsible for any data loss or privacy breaches related to information remaining on trade-in devices.
Limitation of Liability
InvisaGig Technologies' liability for any trade-in transaction is limited to the agreed trade-in credit amount. We are not liable for:
- Shipping damage or loss during transit to our facility
- Data loss or privacy issues
- Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages
- Loss of use or business interruption
Program Terms and Conditions
Modifications
InvisaGig Technologies reserves the right to modify these terms, trade-in values, or discontinue the program at any time with 30 days' notice posted on our website.
Geographic Limitations
This trade-in program is available only to customers in the United States. International shipments are not accepted.
Taxes
Customers are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes related to trade-in transactions. Tennessee sales tax may apply to certain services.
Time Limits
- Trade-in evaluations must be claimed within 30 days of device receipt
- Unclaimed evaluations will result in device disposal according to environmental regulations
- Discount coupons expire one year from issuance date

Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
We encourage customers to contact our trade-in support team first to resolve any disputes or concerns about trade-in evaluations or processes.
Formal Dispute Process
If informal resolution is unsuccessful:
- Submit written dispute within 30 days of trade-in evaluation
- Include detailed description of dispute and supporting documentation
- InvisaGig Technologies will respond within 15 business days
- Final company decision will be communicated in writing
Legal Remedies
This agreement is governed by Tennessee state law. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wilson County, Tennessee.
By participating in the InvisaGig Trade-In Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
