INVISAGIG RETURN POLICY
InvisaGig strives to provide the best customer experience by offering quality products.
We discourages customers from buying any product simply to "try out" without first researching their product needs.
We allow up to 90 days to return your purchase.
It is highly recommended that a buyer thoroughly research their wireless internet needs, as well as the availability of adequate and compatible cellular service and carrier bands, prior to purchasing any product. We are experts in this field, please contact us for guidance.
The return of any non-defective product will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of ten percent (10%). Additional fees may be warranted where a returned product was physically damaged and/or missing components and/or accessories (more details below). There are exceptions to this policy if approved in advance by InvisaGig.
NOTE 1 : We can not refund the shipping costs incurred from your order, that has been shipped. Those services have been rendered and costs used. This is not included in the calculation of your restocking fee. No exceptions.
NOTE 2 : Any products returned will possibly be charged more than a 10% restocking if the product is/has:
- packaging that is damaged or missing.
- Visible or non-visible (internal) product and/or accessory damage, scratches, or anything is dirty in any way.
- Missing or damaged, accessories and components.
- Device settings not returned to factory defaults.
- Any factors that bar the product from being ethically resold as like-new condition.
InvisaGig recommends that all customers to read and understand what is warrantied and what is excluded from the limited warranty.

INVISAGIG SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping orders are generally shipped by USPS Ground Advantage.
*Free Shipping is for all orders totaling over $100, that are to be shipped to locations considered to be a part of the United States of America; international shipments are not included in the free shipping.
Note: “Free Shipping” does not mean that InvisaGig does not pay money to ship the customers orders. “Free Shipping” means that InvisaGig is not charging the customer a separate charge on top of the price of the products purchased. If a non-defective product is returned to InvisaGig, for refund, the amount of money that InvisaGig paid to ship the product to the customer will NOT be refundable, for any reason. Please see notes in our return policy, above, for more details
A tracking number will be issued to each order and forwarded to the purchaser via email automated systems. If a tracking number is not received, check your junk (spam) folder and place us on your safe sender list.
Larger quantity, or bulky, orders may be shipped via FedEx or UPS if the costs are lower for InvisaGig to ship to the customer via their services.
InvisaGig takes special care in preparing and packaging all orders for shipping. In the unlikely event an item is lost or damaged during shipping we will work together with you to ensure you get the products you ordered.
SHIPPING TIMES NOTICE
InvisaGig will always work as hard as possible to ship out orders as quickly as possible. Orders are generally shipped out within 3 business days of order placement. Note that we can not guarantee any shipment times in any way, though we will always try to ship as immediately as possible.
