Description

The InvisaGig 5G Wireless Modem Gateway is super simple to use, with the latest in cellular 5G modem technology to make it crazy fast.

The 5G Wireless Gateway that creates a total cellular internet connectivity solution:

  • InvisaGig is an easy-to-use platform for internet connectivity; it is NOT an additional router.
  • InvisaGig is made to work with your existing Wi-Fi / router system.
  • Simplify complexity by configuring the InvisaGig device and then connect to your existing router through the Ethernet WAN port for instant online connectivity.
  • Don't have a router? Not a problem! The device connects directly to PCs and mobile devices using simple cables and adapters (such as USB-to-Ethernet, etc.).

Networking Simplicity:

  • The InvisaGig modem user interface has no frills or fancy graphical elements so your experience is super simple and straightforward.
  • You don't need to worry about any complicated, advanced user modes.
  • This creates the highest level of bleeding edge tech, coupled with simple controls for the ultimate in connectivity simplicity.

Signal Strength Adaptability:

  • InvisaGig comes with 4 SMA antenna connectors. Feel free to use the included ultra high quality paddle-style dipole omni-directional antennas, or, for different use cases, go ahead and connect high quality coaxial RF cabling to further upgrade your cellular signal with a high-powered outdoor antenna.

Comprehensive Internet:

  • All you need to connect InvisaGig to an Ethernet-equipped device is bundled right in the box. The only thing you need to bring to the equation is your SIM card and carrier data plan. In no time, you can connect to both 5G & 4G LTE cellular towers.

4G & 5G Data Speed:

  • Comes with the Quectel Wireless RM520N-GL modem.
  • InvisaGig leverages the cutting-edge 5G technology of Qualcomm's Snapdragon x62 SoC.
  • The InvisaGig is a 5G Wireless Gateway fully capable of connecting to 4G LTE networks, as well.
  • As long as you have a physical SIM card that was activated in a device supported by your carrier, you can then put that SIM card into the InvisaGig cellular modem and it should work on that carrier according to your data plan.
  • The InvisaGig modem can connect to every current cellular band in the USA.
  • InvisaGig works on every major telecom cellular network (T-Mobile Home Internet, AT&T Internet Air, Verizon Home Internet) and the numerous MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operators) that use the same networks.

Great Device

Once I had all the necessary parts (a usb to ethernet adapter for my rpi4), setting everything up was straightforward. Now, I just need to find a better spot for the outside antenna and secure it with the help of the live signal screen. The only problem I've encountered so far is that connection monitoring isn't working properly - maybe due to DNS issues or something. I'll have to look into this further in online forums later on. So far working much better than the Sierra Wireless EM9191 it replaced.

UK Deployment

Easy setup, and lots of simple control - I was able to use the device to determine what carrier would be best for my location, and have since used it in combination with Starlink to offer up redundency and improved upload speeds (from 10MBs with Starlink alone to ~25MBs). Great service and advice from the InvisaGig team!

Will be purchasing additional units going forward!
