- Does the InvisaGig company provide a data plan with my InvisaGig modem?
- Currently we do not offer data plans with the InvisaGig purchase. You will need to provide an active data SIM card for your InvisaGig.
- I need to correct my IMEI on my InvisaGig, how do I do this?
- IMEI changes is not allowed by law in some countries outside of the USA. Since we sell the InvisaGig globally, we cannot publicly post anything supporting such actions. Please contact us via our support channels if your IMEI needs a 'REPAIR'.
- How do I upgrade the software/firmware on my InvisaGig?
- The InvisaGig software is easily updated in the InvisaGig main menu. Select the option on your menu, after logging in with your password, to check for a new update.
- NOTE: InvisaGig does NOT force you to update. You will always have the choice to update your software, or to even never update it if you choose.
- Do you have a knowledge base for explanations and tutorials on different InvisaGig implementations and use cases?

- Do you, or will you, sell InvisaGig in an Qualcomm x65 modem version?
- Currently there are Engineering Samples of x65 modems out on the market (Rm521F-GL) that many are testing and using. These are NOT FCC approved modules and thus we can not offer them openly to customers. When FCC approval comes, we are ready and will offer it. We already have users willing to test the InvisaGig in this manner and it works well within the software provided by the modem manufacturers.
